BOOKING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
We do not charge a fee for our services, we simply agree an agency discount or commission on your rates. If you can provide fixed discounted rates on each accommodation type this enables us to sell quickly, but if not please provide the highest and lowest rates per type of accommodation including the rate of the discount or commission that you can offer. Please let us know your preferred option below along with details. In return we are committed to promoting your offerings specifically to the higher end hen party market via our website, SEO, paid social media marketing, live events and media/press coverage. We also simplify the booking process for you and will be your one point of contact – offering a streamlined line of enquiry, ensuring payments and all other information is received on time and without the need for chasing.
Payment/Booking Terms As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our booking/payment terms are up to 25% to confirm the booking if required with the remaining balance due to you 4 weeks before the event date. Commissions will be invoiced to you following the event and are payable within 14 days. Please confirm that you agree. AGREEDISAGREE
Cancellation Terms As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our cancellation terms are as follows: a) If the Customer cancels, confirmation payment of 25% made to the Supplier is non-refundable. b) If the Customer cancels less than 4 weeks before the date of the event the full booking fee is non-refundable. c) If the Supplier cancels the event at any time then 100% of the booking fee must be returned to CLUCK within 5 working days of notice to cancel via BACS or other bank transfer.
