I also give CLUCK permission to use Supplier information and images to market their services to potential Customers, including but not limited to the CLUCK website, CLUCK social media and Google Paid Ads.

In return for our services, do you agree to a 10% commission on F&B for Cluck?

We also simplify the booking process for you and will be your one point of contact – offering a streamlined line of enquiry, ensuring payments and all other information is received on time and without the need for chasing.

Payment/Booking Terms
As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our booking/payment terms are 25% to confirm the booking with the remaining balance due to you 4 weeks before the event date.
Commissions will be invoiced to you following the event and are payable within 14 days.

Cancellation Terms
As per the CLUCK Supplier terms and conditions our cancellation terms are as follows:
a) If the Customer cancels, confirmation payment of 25% made to the Supplier is non-refundable.
b) If the Customer cancels less than 4 weeks before the date of the event the full booking fee is non-refundable.
c) If the Supplier cancels the event at any time then 100% of the booking fee must be returned to CLUCK within 5 working days of notice to cancel via BACS or other bank transfer.
